Flooring Phase

So here's the latest update on the next Phase of this project--Flooring:

The flooring is bad in this house so we had to do a lot of extra work to straighten out the flooring. Currently there are many issues with the flooring in this house.  A lot of the areas are uneven and the subfloor had to be reinforced and/or ripped out in some parts due to the fact that there was a lot of Rot and some missing joists to support the subfloor.  But all the bad flooring have been removed and repaired or replaced so the flooring is solid now.

We usually schedule for the flooring to be installed after the paint and cabinets are all in since this is the last part so contractors won't track in dirt and mess up the flooring from all the traffic of going in and out.

This is what the floor currently looks like. Come back for an update of what we can do to make this place SHINE.

Side Note just in case you have a deadline to meet:  We are still waiting for SMUD to install the meter.  We've been waiting for over two weeks and have called SMUD a few times to get the meter installed. But, they always drag their feet.  It's really hard to do work when there's no electricity.  However, SMUD really has no accountability to anyone and it can be frustrating waiting for them to install the meter.  Well, I have my opinions about SMUD but I'll just keep my nose to the grind and finish up this project for my investors.
